We thoroughly enjoyed our 6 night stay. Your front desk staff are professional, friendly, and helpful. Although I was aware of your linen policy and aware you are an extended stay hotel, have you considered a change of linen and towels every 3 days instead of weekly ? We were in room 309; my spouse found the bed to be too soft and lopsided on the side which was closest to the closet. (My side of the bed was fine, but perhaps his side of the bed is the side most frequently used by your guests.) Does housekeeping have a schedule to flip and turn the mattresses to address this ? The small and large appliances in the suite are a great feature. Having directions to use the appliances were very helpful. A guide to use the room heaters would also be useful. Guests should be aware in using the FIRST set of instructions to operate the washing machine. The first set of instructions is for doing a VERY HOT wash. The "90 C" is not in bold print so easily overlooked. We used the microwave oven several times. As a homeowner I routinely wipe down the microwave interior. I wiped the interior ceiling of the microwave and found it to be quite dirty. The sides of the microwave appeared to be clean but housekeeping needs to clean the interior microwave ceiling where many splatters occur. The other way to decrease splatters is to have guests use a paper towel to cover food they are microwaving. The Wi-Fi worked very well. Good variety of TV stations provided. Street noise buffered fairly well by your double windows. Very much appreciated the lobby coffee/tea machine and computer. Thank you !

this was my second visit. from the moment i walked through reception until i left i was made to feel as if it was my home away from home. staff at front desk would not have been more helpful and warm. will definitely be visiting again.
